Banbridge town centre recently played host to the Banbridge Art Tour - a collection of works from local artists placed in stores throughout the town. Banbridge Art Tour is an exhibition with a difference. The exhibition is spread across the whole town, and visitors can enjoy the tour by viewing the shops in which they are displayed.


I have been working closely with Banbridge Council over the past few months now, and they approached me with the brief of designing a promotional brochure and A5 postcard. All of the artworks on display have their own unique style, and therefore, it was important that my design complimented the work and not overpower it. The resulting design illustrates a clean, minimalistic colour palette of cool greys and charcoal, and crisp, clear typographic style.
The exhibition will be running in the town until the 1st November 2008.
