After graduating from a BSc in Interactive Multimedia Design, I was fortunate to land a job in the publishing industry.

During this period I worked for two companies (The Magazine Centre and Mooneymedia), who produce a range of Award-winning magazines. While, Ulster Business and Northern Woman are the best known of these publications, there were over 20 in total that I was given the opportunity to work on.

I must stress that I was only one member of an often large team of designers, editors and many others who contributed to the creation of these publications.

Although this sector of the industry is highly stressful, I look back at these years as the period I learned the most, and have no doubt this was due to the talented people I was regularly working with.
